Guacamole

  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Chef's knife
  • 1 Large bowl
  • 1 Large spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados pitted, peeled, and diced
  • 1 Medium Roma tomato seeded and diced
  • 1/2 Red onion diced
  • 1/2 Jalapeño seeded and diced
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1 bunch Cilantro optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, tomato, red onion, jalapeño, salt, and pepper.
  • Squeeze lime juice into mixture. Mix together until fully incorporated.
  • Top with cilantro (optional).
  • Serve with chips.
